Administrative Assistant
Scope
The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant in its Emeryville, CA office. BPI is the credentialing arm of the nation’s home performance contracting industry. The scope of this position includes:
- Overseeing day-to-day interactions and communications
- Manage office operations
- Coordinate all conference logistics for the Western Region
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and consistent communications with Western Region Director, BPI Management, staff, and customers
- Manage office operations, including vendor relations, purchasing, and mail
- Research and prepare statistics and other data utilizing the internet, and internal databases (CRM and SharePoint)
- Coordinate logistics for conferences BPI attends in the Western Region, including exhibitor registration, hotel reservations, and shipping of exhibitor materials
- Manage Director’s travel requirements and other administrative tasks
